Bromwich Hardy, a leading Midlands commercial property agency, has continued to strengthen its expanding finance team with a new appointment.
Tracy Tilley, who has more than ten years’ experience in finance, has joined the company as an property accounts assistant.
Ms Tilley has previously worked as an accounts assistant at Clarke Properties and Trout Transport, which are both based in Leicestershire.
Dawn Cooper, partner at Bromwich Hardy, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Tracy to the team.
“She really impressed us at interview and we are looking forward to putting her experience over the last decade to work here at Bromwich Hardy.”
Ms Tilley, who lives near Rugby, started in the finance sector following her education at Rugby High School and Warwickshire College, where she studied for Bookkeeping and Accounts Levels 1 and 2.
She said: “I’m impressed with the set up at Bromwich Hardy and am looking forward to playing my part in the expanding finance team.”
Ms Tilley’s appointment follows Bromwich Hardy making a senior promotion and recruiting another experienced staff member for its finance department earlier this year.
Jazz Sadhra, who first joined Coventry-based Bromwich Hardy as a sales ledger and credit control clerk in August 2019, was promoted to the position of head of property finance.
And Samantha Pittom joined the company as sales ledger clerk, following an extensive career in accounts spanning the last 38 years.
Ms Cooper added: “Recent business growth meant that our finance department was working at full capacity and so by strengthening the team we are making sure that all our customers get the best accounts service.”
