A leading Midlands law firm has taken an innovative anti-covid approach to kickstart the resumption of physical meetings.
Wright Hassall has opened a sheltered outdoor meeting area outside the front of its offices on Olympus Avenue, in Leamington Spa, to reassure any visitors who are concerned about meeting others outside of their ‘bubbles’ as Government restrictions are gradually eased.
The installation comes on top of the firm’s other measures to guard against Covid-19, which include temperature checks for everyone who enters the building.
Sarah Perry, Managing Partner at Wright Hassall, said: “As a firm we support a broad range of individuals – some of whom understandably feel more vulnerable to Covid-19 than others but either aren’t technologically proficient or would prefer a physical meeting – and so we have created this outdoor meeting space to cater for all meeting preferences.
“As well as meeting outdoors, we are also able to offer small indoor meetings thanks to following all Government guidelines closely, for example we have a non-invasive system for checking people’s temperatures on entering the building. For those who would rather not meet in person we obviously offer a range of remote meeting technologies..
“We pride ourselves on providing legal services with a personalised approach and believe that offering all our clients a range of meeting options is important for their comfort and peace of mind.”
“September is traditionally a time where the UK has sunny weather, and we are hoping that over the course of the next month when temperatures remain mild, that the sheltered outdoor space can play a part in boosting people’s confidence when it comes to returning to a normal way of life.”
