Bank Holiday events and offers available across Coventry and Warwickshire

A bumper Bank Holiday of events and offers will be going ahead throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.

A packed programme of activities will be taking place as August comes to an end and the Bank Holiday takes place.

Members of Shakespeare’s England, the Destination Management Organisation (DMO) for South Warwickshire and the surrounding area, have plenty to of offer and events to entertain all.

There’s everything from outdoor theatre performances, exhibitions virtual events and a whole lot more.

  • Royal Shakespeare Company - Free outdoor performance programme of ‘Shakespeare Snapshots’ will conclude on August Bank Holiday weekend with a programme of free Shakespeare in the Dell Gardens running Friday to Sunday  at 1pm and 3pm - https://www.rsc.org.uk/news/live-outdoor-performances
  • Stratford Town Centre – The town is hosting the Youth Market on Waterside. This event is in partnerships with the National Market Traders Federation, LSD Promotions and both the Town and District Council.

  • Shakespeare’s Schoolroom & Guildhall – Sunday, August 30 will see the finale of a series of virtual pop up theatre events and tours that have been taking place at Shakespeare's Schoolroom & Guildhall in Stratford-upon-Avon throughout August, all presented by Tell Tale theatre company.
