Renovation entails, reconstruction and waterproofing (Tanking) of Cellars and Basements, Roof spaces converted into living spaces and opening up downstairs living spaces into spacious open plan kitchens-diners. Forgotten rooms are brought to life with vaulted ceilings and beautiful French doors with railings and carefully located roof lights (windows) breathe fresh air into dark old bathrooms.

External features include replacing original features in the soffits and windows, restoration of the door step and tiles and the final touch is the landscaping of the rear garden and replacement of iron railing to the front of the properties.
