Insight Surveyors

Insight Surveyors was founded in February 2021 by Chartered Building Surveyors Dan Grealy and Tom Saunders with the aim to provide clients with bespoke quality advice in a timely fashion on their commercial and residential building consultancy matters.

The team at Insight Surveyors understand that any decision involving a property is significant with the potential to considerably affect personal or businesses opportunities and growth. Whether purchasing a building, carrying out refurbishment or new build projects, Insight Surveyors have the knowledge and experience to add value to any project, saving clients money and time with a service tailored to their needs.

With over 18 years of combined experience, Dan and Tom have a wide range of surveying, planning and project management skills to call upon, enabling them to provide professional advice to enable clients to make informed decisions, increasing the likelihood of a positive and stress free outcome on investment.

Providing advice and knowledge on all aspects of Building Surveying, from survey inspections to design, party wall notices to dilapidations, property management to planning; Insight Surveyors is a bespoke independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Coventry. Having grown up and studied in Coventry Dan and Tom decided to base the practice within the City to provide a quality service throughout the region, whilst also providing a good base to assist clients throughout the UK.

Insight Surveyors have experience and provide advice across commercial and residential properties and have acted for PLCs, commercial landlords, schools & academies, public sector organisations as well as home owners.  

Both directors have chartership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)and the firm is regulated by RICS, providing the reassurance that the work is carried out by suitably trained and experienced Building Surveyors.

Still in its infancy, Insight Surveyors have experienced a strong start to the business but look forward to growing in the Coventry, Warwickshire and wider areas.
