Our consulting, training and coaching services have been delivered to Co-op, Henley Business School, The Manufacturing Institute, Anglia Ruskin University, and others.

Our ‘Foundation CI’ and ‘CI Leadership’ training programmes provide an engaging ‘hands-on’ learning approach, supported project delivery, and deliver a quick return on training time and investment. We are also the home of Flatapult – an engaging suite of learning tools for CI.

Based in Coventry, we are passionate about releasing improvement potential in organisations across Coventry and Warwickshire - working on-site in-person and connecting remotely with customers and learners. Our initial ‘discovery’ consultation is free – we would like to discover how we can make a difference to local organisations.
