Stratford-upon-Avon’s Victorian Christmas Market is returning for the third year running and the award-winning annual event will be taking place in the world-famous town centre once again.
Each year it has grown in popularity, increasing its visitor figures from around 58,000 in 2017 to more than 102,000 visitors last year.
Festive cheer will be spread when the three-day themed spectacular comes back in 2019, with traders decked out in Victorian outfits.
There will be around 300 stalls selling a whole host of products perfect for the season or as presents for loved ones.
Entertainment will be hosted throughout the town, but there with a stage in Henley Street hosting an array of performances for all the family to enjoy.
A traditional funfair, which will include a carousel, will be situated at the bottom of Wood Street and on the Rother Street market area.
This year will see the introduction of a Community Craft Fair located in Stratford Town Council’s Town Hall on Sheep Street. A selection of refreshments will be on sale and entertainment will also be provided during the weekend.
The Christmas market will be located on Waterside, Bridge Street, Henley Street, High Street and Meer Street, and there will be an abundance of stalls selling street food and drinks positioned on Wood Street.
