I am pleased to advise that tickets are now available for the main fundraising event of my civic year, the Lord Mayor’s Charity Fundraising Dinner on Friday 27th April 2018 at the Ricoh Arena, which provides a great corporate hospitality and networking opportunity.
We are planning a prestigious evening that will feature a drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner. The after dinner experience, presented by Brody Swain, will include an opportunity to hear from Wasps CEO Nick Eastwood, together with a special question and answer session with some Wasps’ players. A charity raffle will also take place during the evening with some fabulous prizes donated by local businesses.
The proceeds from the evening will be donated to Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice, a charity that provides palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to 5 years, suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. I hope you will agree this is a very worthwhile charity as one of the beneficiaries of my Charity Appeal this year, as well as a charity supported by Wasps.
Tickets for this “black tie” evening are £75 each, or a table of ten seats for £700. Please complete this formand return it to the Lord Mayor’s Office by no later than 16th April 2018.
To ensure availability you may reserve tickets by telephoning 024 7683 3100 or e.mail jane.barlow@coventry.gov.uk
The Lady Mayoress and I hope you will be able to join us for this very special civic evening and I thank you in advance for your support.
