Established in 1989, CEG is a property investment and development company. We manage almost six million sq ft portfolio of commercial space around the UK with a capital value of circa £900 million. These range from high quality offices and Let Ready studios to shops and industrial warehouses and are home to more than 500 thriving businesses.

Our development team is bringing forwards a further five million sq ft pipeline of new business space, including flagship office developments in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and Glasgow.

Our strategic land arm is delivering 70 projects with potential for 55,000 new homes, alongside new infrastructure, facilities and green space.

We work closely with landowners, Local Authorities, stakeholders and local people to deliver bespoke developments across the UK. In Coventry and Warwickshire, we are currently bringing forward a vibrant new community, with associated amenities, at Upper Lighthorne, as well as promoting and investing in modern occupier led employment space (over 350 acres) at J12 of the M40, and residential-led, mixed-use schemes at Westwood Heath in Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon.
