Boston Fieldgate Commercial Property Advisors was established by managing partner Charles Smith in January 1999. The focus of our advisory services is around problem solving for clients through a proactive service orientated approach. We work with clients to establish what property assets they need to deliver their business plan [across all the business sectors] whether as an owner, landlord or occupier. This may range from defining a brief to secure new premises with the attendant search, review, recommendation and then acquisition negotiations, it may be to identify surplus property and sell or let that or restructure the lease, through to negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals or conducting a business rates review and if appropriate making an appeal. We work with a number of landlords who have property portfolios optimising their income and capital values through strategic management with the attendant support advisory services.
With extensive experience within major corporate advisers and in Boston Fieldgate with the ability to be “hands on” using our extensive network of contacts and experience our client base continues to grow through referral and proven results.
Having worked in the mid to late 1970’s in Coventry Charles then spent the next 20 years in Birmingham before he set up Boston Fieldgate in Kenilworth because being located in the heart of the country provides a great base from which to operate as our clients operate throughout the country and our location is excellent in enabling us to be able to do this very effectively.
